Abstract
The chemical composition of prehistoric pottery from Nordniedersachsen, Germany was studied, The chemical composition of pottery may be characteristic of a particular site or area. Among the elements determined, Zr was found as a trace element with the lowest standard deviations. Interpretations of samples with an abnormal Ba content and aspects of further study are discussed. -- AATA
