Abstract
Determines the composition characteristics of pottery made at Ialysos on Rhodes, Enkomi, Arpera Chiflik and Kouklia on Cyprus, and Mycenae in the Argolid, through optical emission spectroscopy. Data are compared with that of decorated Mycenaean pottery of several phases of the LH III period found at these same sites in order to investigate the chronological development of Mycenaean trade from the Greek mainland to these islands. -- AATA
