Report on the restoration of antique wall mirrors and of reverse-painted glass panels. The dismantling of the mirrors, the removal of old tapes and glues, the consolidation of breaks, and their remounting after repair are described. The technique used for retouching the missing areas of an english painting is given. The removal and cleaning of painted glass panels from a spanish ebony and tortoise-shell cabinet are also described. Bibliography.
