Method of analyzing airborne dusts around historic monuments in Japan. Samples were collected from the inside and outside of two temples, one situated in a controlled environment and the other in a noncontrolled environment. Results show that sulfur is particularly abundant in the second case, but that silicone is present in both cases. -- AATA
