Abstract
An attempt was made to solve archaeological problems connected with the analysis. Of pottery by means of cluster analysis, using data from samples from a very large area (Peru) and a very small area (Spandau). From the analysis of the material from the small area, no results could be obtained which would have been relevant to archaeology.
