Abstract
The Laboratory of Conservation and Restoration of Stone Sculptures uses for the consolidation of deteriorated stone poly(butyl methacrylate); for the protection of outdoor marble sculptures, polyethylene glycol; for cleaning, sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose; for gluing of fragments and cementing of joints and reproduction of lost fragments, acrylic and vinyl polymers, and epoxy resins; for preparation of molds, silicone rubber and polyurethane.
