Abstract
Samples of Scots pine and beech, cut to 13 mm, 25 mm and 50 mm thicknesses were subjected to humidity change from 45 to 90 per cent R.H. The rates of change in dimension and moisture content were recorded (Figs. 1-4) both for an increase in humidity and the reverse, until no further changes occurred.
