Abstract
Three groups of 4th-century BC pottery from the Iberian culture of the Spanish Levant (Alicante region) were analyzed. This pottery is known for its homogeneous technical characteristics but petrographic analysis allowed the authors to refine their classification. 14 groups are described. Provenance questions are discussed. The technology used probably involved a lengthy firing, for the resulting pottery evidences a high level of skill. -- AATA
