Abstract
Many museums are short of funds, and therefore little is available for the special storage needed for ethnographic collections. For example, arrows in bundles suffer damage to the feather flights. Methods of storage can be devised to stop damage like this, and it is up to the museum worker to work on simple inexpensive ideas for the protection of the collections in storage. Environmental condition should be checked, and a careful watch should be kept for signs of insect or mold activity. A suitable pesticide should be used if there is evidence of insect activity. -- AATA
