A short statement of ICCROM policy on documentation, research, and training programs. The ICCROM library and its limitations, the benefits of the development of an international system of technical documentation, ICCROM's potential as a clearinghouse for internship programs, and the need to create a training coordination office within ICCROM are discussed. -- AATA
