Abstract
The shroud of Turin is described and its history outlined. Samples of pollen taken from between the fibers of the shroud were identified from plants which grow in Turin, the south of France, Palestine and Turkey. The image on the shroud was examined by computer photo analysis and shown to have a three dimensional character. It is to be analyzed by x-ray fluorescence analysis to determine if parts of it were caused by human blood. See also 15-36. -- AATA
