Abstract
Different species of fungi destroying black and white photographic prints were isolated and partly identified. Photographic prints can be protected against microflora by immersing prints in a water solution of hyamine 1622 or of sodium salt of 4-chloro-3-cresol. Distilled water must be used for the solutions.
