Abstract
The purpose of this Technical Order is to provide instructions for the refinishing of engines during overhaul, in order that all surfaces are properly protected from corrosion and to insure the satisfactory condition and uniform appearance of all completely assembled engines comparable to that of new engines delivered by engine manufacturers.
