The four resolutions dealing with archaeological remains passed by the General Assembly of the International Centre for Conservation in Rome have recently been published. They concern: encouraging publica-tion of excavation reports; tighter controls against illegal traffic in works of art; international principles of conduct for archaeological excavations; and for moving historic monuments. -- AATA
