Abstract
In England there has been a rapid growth of interest over the last twenty years in the period known as the Industrial Revolution particularly in the remains of structures such as windmills, lead ore crushing plants, train sheds, and other historically important factory buildings. The author discusses the financing of such projects and the role of various organizations that may be involved or called upon to assist.
