In Poland, there are hundreds of small housing estates, many of them have the value as the relics of the past, and sightseeing qualities, increasing permanently, because of fast growing industrialization of the country. Skaryszew is a small town, in majority of agricultural structure. Considering the high ancient value of the spatial arrangement, it is a good example of increasing difficulties at such a housing estates. Basing on the examined technical state of objects, and economy analysis, it had been possible to push forward the following suggestions: 1) In spite of the fact, that individual buildings haven't got much value as ancient objects, but, as a complex they make the unique functionally spatial arrangement, unchanged from the medieval times, representing worthy to preserve the relic of the past. 2) the unit demonstrates the high tractability, foreseeable in perspective of the town functioning. On the other hand, the individual buildings may be adapted to the dwelling and serviceable functions in the future. 3) there is a technical possibility to carry on the proper repairs, what is particularly advantageous, regarding the large increase of building estimates in the spread all over stopping gaps architecture. 4) it may be foreseen, that in case of leaving the spatial arrangements of our small towns, they may be an attractive offer to the tourists especially from abroad, where small towns and villages are gradually fading away, ousted by the big industry.
